About Surge Tacoma & Old City Hall
We do coworking a little differently here at Surge. Community is at the heart of everything we do, which is especially true of our coworking spaces. Startups, entrepreneurs, freelancers, remote workers, nonprofits and students work side by side, creating a strong and supportive coworking community.

Hq For Surge
Old City Hall will also serve as the flagship for Surge’s operations which range from property management to coworking and historic restoration. We want to work alongside those in our community, which is why we are making Old City Hall our hub.
-
Restaurants & Retail
Downtown Tacoma is already home to a host of amazing restaurants and shops, which we only hope to grow! Old City Hall will be a place for all Tacomans to live, work, eat, shop, and stay engaged with our community.
-
Public Event Spaces for Rent
Simply put, Old City Hall is breathtaking. With richly historic architecture and panoramic views of the Port and lights of Grit City, it is the perfect place to host a special event. We want Old City Hall to be a place for Tacomans to be every day, from work to play to celebrating special moments in their lives.
