Meet Sharee Dammel, executive director of CJK Community Homes, a local nonprofit committed to providing clean, safe, contemporary, and affordable housing.
As well as proven supportive case management services to low-income Pierce County residents to reduce the impact of poverty.
We asked Sharee to get personal with us, and share in what ways she gives herself grace. She opens up with us about self-doubt. And how in the face of adversity, and for the sake of her kids, she has been able to get outside of herself and think bigger.
